# HyperFrames storyboard — Great House Farm adversarial review

**Format:** 1920 × 1080, landscape, 30 fps, about 82 seconds.
**Purpose:** Executive-summary animation derived from the complete Markdown critique. This is not a verbatim reading of every paragraph.
**Tone:** Evidence-first, exacting, neutral about allegations; animated typography and diagrams, no stock visuals.
**Style:** Deep navy field, cream typography, teal for source discipline, amber for legal cautions, coral only for the burden of proving deliberate concealment.
**Audio:** Silent by design so the render does not depend on a voice provider or external audio assets.

## Timeline

| Time | Scene | Core message |
|---|---|---|
| 00–07s | Title | Evidence before accusation; build a better next agent. |
| 07–14s | Executive verdict | Useful research map, not yet action-ready. |
| 14–21s | 1983 registration | Separate what HMLR knew, what the applicant disclosed, and when the family was notified. |
| 21–29s | Root of title | Reconstruct the chain and apply the correct acquisition-date test. |
| 29–37s | Time limits | Correct the stolen-document proposition and judicial-review deadline assumptions. |
| 37–45s | Concealment proof | Knowledge, act, intent and causation each require evidence. |
| 45–52s | Parcel discipline | Parcel A and B remain distinct; tenancy plans and title amalgamation have limited meaning. |
| 52–60s | Evidence targets | First-registration file, court bundle, VG41 file and current title records. |
| 60–68s | Redress | Rectification, indemnity, judgment challenge, complaints, record recovery and restoration are distinct routes. |
| 68–76s | Next-agent rules | Sources, legal tests, verified deadlines and defined remedies. |
| 76–82s | Close | No allegation without source; no conclusion without test; no deadline without verification. |

## Factual framing safeguards

- The animation does not state that fraud has been proved.
- A reported HMLR statement about Registry knowledge is not treated as proof of an applicant's dishonest intention.
- The 1969 deed / 1975 acquisition timeline is shown as a test to verify, not as a finding that title was defective.
- The video does not expose private credentials, upload secrets, or make changes to existing production websites.
- The complete written critique remains a separate document; this is an abridged film adaptation.
